1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

2. Shipping Partners & Tracking

We partner with trusted and reliable courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Ecom Express to ensure your gadgets are handled with care. You can track your order 24/7 using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India. To check if we deliver to your specific location, please use our Pin Code Checker on the product page before ordering.

  • Please note: Deliveries to remote towns, villages, or military areas may take longer than the estimated timelines and might incur additional charges, which will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro & Major Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 7-10 business days after dispatch.

These are estimated timelines and are subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.

  • Express Shipping: Need it faster? For an additional fee, you can select express shipping at checkout for delivery within 2-3 days in major cities.

6. Important Scenarios

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility. Please ensure your provided address is correct and someone is available to receive the package.

  • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send the order again.

  • High-Value Items: For orders containing high-value electronics (e.g., laptops, premium appliances), we may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. You may also receive a call from the delivery executive for verification.

  • Out of Stock: In the rare event an item goes out of stock after you place your order, our customer care team will promptly notify you via email/phone with the option for a full refund or a replacement with a similar product.
