At Zapbox.in, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 7-Day Easy Return Policy
You may return any product purchased from Re-Boxed within 7 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product meets the following conditions:
The product is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition with all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
The product shows no signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Valid proof of purchase (original invoice) is provided.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Log into your Zapbox account and go to 'My Orders'.
Select the item you wish to return and click 'Return Item'.
Select a reason for the return and submit your request.
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Please do not ship the product without this authorization.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To protect all customers, the following items cannot be returned unless they are dead on arrival (DOA) or defective:
Opened Software: Software, DVDs, CDs, or any product where the seal has been broken.
Personal Care Appliances: Products like electric shavers, hair trimmers, massagers, etc., for hygiene reasons.
Consumables: Ink cartridges, toners, batteries.
Accessories: Memory cards, cables, adapters if the seal is broken.
Products marked as "Non-returnable" on the product page at the time of purchase.
4. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund.
The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., to your credit/debit card, net banking account, or wallet).
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process the refund via NEFT to your bank account. You will be contacted for your bank details.
5. Defective or Damaged Products (Dead on Arrival - DOA)
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not working properly, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@zapbox.in with your order details and photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange a free reverse pickup and, upon verification, provide you with a prompt replacement or full refund.
6. Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, refusing the package, or providing an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us as RTO. In such cases, the order value will be refunded after deducting the forward and return shipping charges.
7. Warranty Claims
This return policy is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. For any issues that arise after the 7-day return period, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty provided with your product. Our customer support team can assist you with initiating warranty claims.
