🛡️ Warranty & Returns

Yes, many of our unboxed products are covered by the original brand warranty or guarantee, just like new items. The exact coverage—whether warranty or guarantee—varies by brand and product, and is clearly mentioned on the product description page. You can also refer to the related policy listed on the respective product page for full details.

However, some brands do not extend warranty/guarantee on unboxed items. In those cases, it will be clearly highlighted before you make a purchase.

If your product is covered under brand warranty, you can directly visit any authorized service center of that brand, just like you would with a new product. You’ll need the invoice we provide, which is valid for all warranty claims.

We offer a 7-day easy return or exchange policy if your product is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described. Simply contact our support team, and we’ll arrange the return/exchange process for you.

Once we receive the returned product and complete our inspection, your refund is initiated within 2–4 business days. Depending on your payment method, banks may take an additional 3–7 days to credit the amount back to your account.

Yes! We deliver to most cities and towns across India through our trusted logistics partners. At checkout, you can enter your PIN code to confirm delivery availability in your area.

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking with leading banks, and popular wallets. You can choose whichever mode works best for you during checkout.

Currently, we focus on secure online payments to keep our operations fast and reliable. However, we are exploring COD options and will add them soon to serve you better.
