At Zapbox (M/s Shree Balaji Associates), we ensure a smooth, secure, and transparent payment process for all your purchases.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment modes:

  • Debit Cards (all major banks)

  • UPI / QR Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • Net Banking (all major banks)

  • Wallets & Pay Later options (as available via our payment gateway)

(⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available unless explicitly mentioned at checkout.)

2. Secure Transactions

  • All payments are processed through trusted PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

  • We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.

  • Transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology for your protection.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

  • If payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 working days.

4. Refunds for Cancelled/Returned Orders

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider:

    • UPI/Wallets: 1–3 working days

    • Cards/Net Banking: 5–7 working days

5. Currency

  • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Any charges related to currency conversion (if using international cards) will be borne by the customer.

6. Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious.

  • Customers may be asked to provide ID/address proof for verification in case of high-value orders.
